Project Scope: New Construction of 3,500 SF pre-engineered metal building, for CMC facilities. Trades include, sitework/excavation, concrete, rigid insulation (foundation), vapor barrier, PEMB package and erector, vinyl faced insulation, light gauge framing, batt insulation, drywall, man doors, windows, overhead doors, painting, stain/seal concrete, rubber base, API insulated panel (stucco finish), plumbing, mechanical, electrical..
Taxes: Project is tax exempt. Do not include material sale tax in your proposal.
Bid Form: Client has provided a proposal breakdown sheet. Be sure to itemize your proposal in accordance with their bid form format.
Project Schedule:
- Pre-Submittal Question Deadline: March 21st 2025, no later than 12:00pm
- Deadline for Proposal Submittal: March 31st 2025, no later than 10:00am
- Anticipated Construction Start: July 1st 2025
