About this Project
Competitive Bid – New construction of pre-engineered metal building office/shop (7,459 sf).
This project has a unique foundation design with elevation of bedrock and finished floors, the concrete gradebeams are constructed of ICF (insulated concrete forms), doweled/anchored into bedrock. The pre-engineered metal building point loads anchor to column pads.
The shop concrete floor has a in-floor trench drain with railroad steel rails embedded into the concrete floor for the client’s heavy equipment to deter the slab from being damaged. The shop is equipped with monorail system and 2 ton hoist. The full finished office area is complete with breakroom, restrooms, and offices, with mezzanine storage above.
