About this Project
CM/GC – Complete renovation to the former Community Hospital Pharmacy Building. Work included remodels for Campus Safety, Rocky Mountain PBS and Student Health Sciences offices and exam rooms.
Existing finishes were removed and new flooring, casework, doors, framing, drywall, paint and electrical were installed throughout. Exterior facade was painted with new building signage.
Project was completed with in-house labor except for painting, plumbing and electrical. Project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
