About this Project
CM/GC – Remodel of full finish office space into two (2) seminar rooms separated by a moveable wall partition. CMU had two (2) separate locations to build their new seminar rooms, and our team worked with the Architect to evaluate which space would meet the client’s needs and which would be the more cost effective.
As the project progressed, it was well under CMU’s budget, the project scope grew to include additional office remodels. Much of the work was completed with Ford Construction crews except for mechanical and electrical. Project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
